Nestled in the heart of Woodland Hills, our studio is a place where you can take a pause from the hustle of daily life and reconnect with yourself through the practice of yoga. You can also choose to join a yoga class virtually via Zoom from the comfort of your own home!

Garden of Yoga offers packages of single courses, group classes, and private sessions tailored to your specific needs.
- 5 – 10 Class Packages: Perfect for the avid yogi who wants to save money. These classes can be used within 60 – 90 days of purchase.
- Private Yoga Sessions: These private sessions are tailored for your own specific needs. You can choose a variety of yoga techniques to match your level and needs.
- Group Classes: Perfect for your family, friends, or co-workers – these private group classes will be tailored to specific yoga techniques you request.

FAQ
Can I still do yoga if I'm really inflexible?
The more inflexible you are, the better yoga works. It’s not about how deep you can stretch into poses, it’s more about listening to your body.
How long should I wait to eat before yoga?
It’s best on an empty stomach but if you must eat before class then a light snack that is easily digested. We also recommended that you are properly hydrated before a class so drink some water.
Is this class available online?
Yes, this class is available online. All you need to do is fill out the registration form, select the “online” format, and we’ll get in touch with you to coordinate your class session.
