What's Included & What to Expect
By joining us online, you engage in a holistic process that benefits both the physical body and the nervous system through a digital sanctuary:
- The Virtual Environment: Our live Zoom sessions maintain a welcoming, intimate atmosphere that feels like a private studio. Please join with your camera on so the instructor can provide feedback and confirm you’ve attended the class.
- Expert Virtual Guidance: Instructors provide calming breathwork (Pranayama) and visualization techniques, offering verbal adjustments to ensure you are perfectly positioned for comfort.
- Mindful Stillness: Each pose is held for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing for a deep state of meditation and a gentle opening of the connective tissues without any physical exertion.
- Equipment: Please have your yoga mat ready. We also recommend having household items like pillows, blankets, or books nearby to use as props for support. Instead of studio bolsters, we will guide you on how to use household items, like bed pillows, folded blankets, and sturdy books, to fully support your body so your muscles can completely let go.
Registration Process:
Once you sign up and have submitted your payment, you will receive a secure Zoom link via email within 24 hours before the class begins.
