- The Virtual Environment: Our live Zoom sessions maintain a welcoming, intimate atmosphere. Please join with your camera on so the instructor can provide personalized feedback and ensure you are moving safely.
- Interactive Expert Instruction: Enjoy attentive teaching where instructors prioritize accessibility, focusing on your individual range of motion and physical comfort through the screen.
- Equipment: Please have your yoga mat ready. For this gentle practice, we also recommend having a sturdy chair, pillows, or blankets nearby to help make every pose achievable.

Absolutely. Many of our virtual students are seniors looking to maintain mobility. We offer modifications for every pose, including the use of household chairs or props, to ensure everyone can participate safely from home.
Is the Gentle Yoga Class available in person?
