Mindful Flow Yoga Class
Welcome to the Mindful Flow yoga class in Woodland Hills, California (and available online). This is a physical Hatha yoga experience designed to help your mind, body, and spirit move in harmony. This class focuses on the integration of pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), alignment, and meditation a dynamic, flow-inspired practice. Prior yoga experience is recommended for this class. FAQ
Can I still do Yoga if I'm really inflexible?
The more inflexible you are, the better yoga works. It’s not about how deep you can stretch into poses, it’s more about listening to your body.
How long should I wait to eat before yoga?
It’s best on an empty stomach but if you must eat before class then a light snack that is easily digested. We also recommended that you are properly hydrated before a class so drink some water.
Is this class available online?
Yes, this class is available online. All you need to do is fill out the registration form, select the “online” format, and we’ll get in touch with you to coordinate your class session.
