A physical Hatha yoga experience for the Mind, Body, and Spirit designed to bring harmony to your entire being from the comfort of your own home.

Modality: Held live online via Zoom. This class is also available in person at our Woodland Hills studio.

Mindful Yoga Online Class Schedule:

  • The Virtual Environment: Our live Zoom sessions maintain a welcoming, intimate atmosphere that feels like a private studio. Please join with your camera on so the instructor can provide feedback and confirm you’ve attended the class.
  • Interactive Expert Instruction: Enjoy personalized teaching where instructors provide real-time alignment cues and posture adjustments through the screen.
  • Alignment Principles: Focus on proper mechanics to ensure safe movement at home, reducing the risk of injury and deepening the effectiveness of each pose.

  • The Flow: Expect a dynamic, flow-inspired sequence that transitions seamlessly between postures, encouraging mindfulness and concentration.
  • Equipment: Please have your yoga mat ready. We also recommend having household items like pillows, blankets, or books nearby to use as props for support.

Registration Process:

Once you sign up and have submitted your payment, you will receive a secure Zoom link via email within 24 hours before the class begins.

What is Mindful Yoga?

Mindful Flow is a dynamic, Hatha-inspired practice that moves beyond simple stretching to create a moving meditation. Unlike a fast-paced fitness class, Mindful Flow prioritizes the connection between breath (Pranayama) and movement (Asana).

In our online sessions, we move with intention, transitioning through sequences that build internal heat while maintaining a sharp focus on anatomical alignment.

Is the Mindful Yoga Class available in person?

Yes! The Mindful Yoga Class is also held in person and follows the same class schedule as the online classes. Sign up for the in-studio Mindful Yoga class here. You can register in advance or drop-in the day of the class.

Is Mindful Yoga practice okay for beginners?

While we welcome everyone, Mindful Yoga is best suited for those with some prior yoga experience. If you are a total beginner, we recommend starting with our Mixed-Level Yoga Class or our Gentle Yoga class.
