Please park in the cul-de-sac.
Please be on time.
Studio opens 10 minutes before class. If class is in session please wait for teacher before entering
Please do not enter or leave the room during meditation or savasana.
No one will be admitted into class more than 10 minutes after class starts.

Please take off shoes before entering studio.
Inform teacher before class of any health issues, no matter how minor you think they are.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
If you need a mat, mats are available for use.
Please bring a towel.
Yoga is practiced with bare feet.
Turn off cell phones/pagers.
It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach.
Please do not wear perfume or cologne.
