Healing Experience

Therapeutic Setup

This therapeutic experience in a deeply relaxing environment promotes deep healing through the sound of crystal bowls (performed by Stefan) and harp (performed by Naomi), including essential oils, chimes, and tuning forks.

Harp & Crystal Bowls

Sound healing through the harp is a beautiful and ancient practice that taps into the therapeutic potential of music and vibration. The harp, with its ethereal and resonant tones, has been used for centuries in various healing traditions across the world.

Deep Relaxation

This class will induce a state of deep relaxation by calming the nervous system, improving sleep, and reducing anxiety and stress. We will explore the chakras in the body, which can stimulate healing on a physical level, improving circulation and boosting the immune system.

Emotional Healing

The delicate and peaceful sounds can open up channels for emotional expression, allowing listeners to let go of unresolved feelings, grief, or emotional blocks. Many people experience emotional healing, which can support mental well-being.

FAQs

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where participants lie down and are "immersed" in soothing acoustic sound waves. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, it naturally calms the nervous system to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote emotional healing.

What should I wear for the Sound Bath session?

We recommend you wear anything comfortable. The sound bath is a still environment where you will be sitting the entire time. There will not be any physical exercises or activity.

What do I need to bring to this Sound Bath?

We have everything here, including yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and blocks. If you’d like to bring anything extra, you’re more than welcome.
