  • Equipment: Please bring your own yoga mat. We provide props like chairs, blocks, and blankets to help bring the floor to you and make every pose achievable.

Register ahead of time directly on this class page. Payment for the class can be submitted through the online registration process to secure your spot. Drop-ins are also welcome, and payment can be submitted at the studio.
