The more inflexible you are, the better yoga works.  It’s not about how deep you can stretch into poses, it’s more about listening to your body.

To begin practicing yoga, start with beginner-friendly classes or online resources, focus on foundational poses, and listen to your body’s signalsGradually increase the duration and complexity of your practice as you become more comfortable.

We suggest at least two or three times a week, for at least 20- 75 minutes  per session.  Most importantly listen to your body and make decisions based on how you feel. 

Getting to yoga and being constant.  We recommend that you schedule yoga just like a very important appointment that can’t be missed.
