Why Take Our Teachers Training?

Garden of Yoga’s training is for serious students who wish to develop a personal practice, deepen their current practice, or teach others the art of yoga. Each Module is spread over two weekends, providing ample time to enhance your knowledge and deepen your practice. We will study a wide range of topics designed to provide a strong foundation for your Yoga journey.

We offer personal and attentive teaching in our group classes, and will carry those qualities into our training. Training class size will be limited. This will insure plenty of time for specific questions based on each individuals needs.

No previous formal training is necessary, but do recommend that you’ve done enough yoga to know that it’s something you wish to make this kind of commitment to. A high level of Flexibility is not required, nor do you need to wait until you are “better at yoga” to do this training. We encourage all body types, those at different levels of experience, and those with physical challenges to make their way to our garden.
