Kim Young has been practicing yoga and meditation for nearly ten years. She began by practicing Bikram Yoga and has explored various yoga and meditation techniques ever since (including a Vipassana meditation course).
A current student of Diana and Stefan Storace, she received training in their Fundamentals of Yoga teacher training. Kim's classes create a space for students to physically practice the art of surrender, courage, and compassion. As a poet, educator, and editor, she is also interested in all the ways a yoga practice can show up off the mat! |
