Restorative Yoga w/ Stefan will be held
on the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month
from 6:30 PM - 7:45 PM. (Starts 1/12/09).

Yin & Meditation (Deep Stretch) w/ Diana will be
held on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month from

Stefan Storace
Stefan Storace was born and raised in Los Angeles and was formally trained and received his first yoga certification from the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. He has been studying martial arts since the age of 8 and has a black belt in Tang So Doo. Over the years he has attended several workshops, retreats and trainings including Vipassana meditation courses. Rebecca Lascoe
Rebecca Lascoe came to yoga 15 years ago when a fitness instructor suggested that she learn how to breathe while excercising. She began her practice with an Iyengar yoga teacher and has been studying this style of yoga ever since. Iyengar Yoga emphasizes correct alignment in the poses, which can be achieved through the use of props: straps, blocks, blankets, etc. This approach builds strength, balance and flexibility and allows increased ability for students to focus and observe. - Read More...
